I have brought this to the attention of the post office with no results...
Mail houses who do the mail in this town may have as many as thousands that
they use to leave at businesses for the mail they pick up and make a lot of money. Can't they buy their own instead of using the post offices trays?
Now, multiply that by the number of mail houses and you can find a few missing millions or more.

It appears too complicated and extremely broad personally. I'm looking forward for your next post, I can make an effort to obtain the hang of it!

Sacramento Superior Court will soon be changing its mail processing procedures. Instead of staff from each courtroom department dropping off and picking up their mail at a central location, it will be delivered to them twice a day.

I will be purchasing two mail carts and supplies from Charnstrom (we've purchased products from you many times).

Question: I am not familiar with this form of mail delivery and pick up. Do you have any literature that offers tips on how to make the most effective use of Charnstrom carts?

Our two clerks will be deliverying not only USPS mails and parcels, but also inter-office envelopes, case files, office supplies. They will be deliverying and picking up mail to and from 48 courtroom departments and several administrative offices. I need to completely redraft procedures and do not know where to begin.

I also want to ensure that each stop point on their route is equipped with the right sorting table to expedite delivery and pick up.

Again, any 'tip' sheets you may have is greatly appreciated.

Regards
Fred Cabrera

Hello. Around the end of July I placed an order with your company PO# 21583 order # 16607-00. I subsuquently cancelled the order. $164.10 was charged to my credit card. On Aug 3 I got an email from rochelle confirming that the order was cancelled, and she would credit my card. To date I have not recieved a credit on my card. Rochelle said she was out of the office until Aug 26 and she would take care of it. This matter is still not cleared up and she is no longer returning my emails. Please give his matter your immediate attention. Sincerely, Karen Webb

We're just starting up a mailing operation and I'm looking for a piece of mailroom equipment. Where I've worked in the past, we've called them "envelope racks" . This is where you could put addressed envelopes into trays and then place the trays on a "tree", keeping the material in sequential order. I have been searching forever for this piece, to no avail. Can you help me out?
